Who we are

CrownReference is an independent seller of pre-owned watches based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us on WhatsApp +971502703236 or ahmed@crownreference.com.

Listings

We describe and photograph every watch as accurately as we can, including its reference, year where known, what comes with it, and any signs of wear. Pre-owned watches can show normal marks of use. If you want more photos, a video or a live call before deciding, ask and we'll arrange it.

Prices

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). We sell as a private seller, so no VAT is added to the listed price. A watch is only reserved for you once we've agreed that with you in writing.

Payment and handover

We accept cash at the viewing or bank transfer. The watch is handed over, or shipped, once payment has cleared in full.

Authenticity guarantee

Every watch is checked before it is listed. If a watch we sold you is ever proven not to be genuine, we will refund the full price you paid when the watch is returned to us.

Shipping

We ship fully insured and tracked. The shipping cost, and any import duties or taxes for your country, depend on the destination. We'll confirm them with you before you pay.

Returns and warranty

Any return or warranty arrangement for a watch is agreed with you in writing at the time of sale.

Selling or part-exchanging your watch

Offers we make on your watch depend on inspecting it in person. You must be the legal owner of the watch, and we may ask for identification and proof of ownership before buying.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
